The FabLab
The FabLab is one of the most versatile workrooms at MakerSpace and can be used in a number of different ways. Its most fabulous function is as a Textiles Workroom.
The FabLab is currently home to the MakerSpace Rescue Craft Circle that meets monthly, sewing wildlife pouches and other wildlife rescue needs. This group has been more recently sewing face masks for vulnerable community members. A great opportunity for people to come together to make connections and new friendships and all for a great cause.

The Island
The Albert Island Parkland, lovingly named "Albert Island" is at the heart of the Albert Circuit Community Precinct. Port Macquarie Hastings Council has given us stewardship of this beautiful piece of public space and, in consultation with local residents, a plan for its future is being developed. This plan includes permaculture gardens, outdoor learning areas, a Street Library, Giant Lawn games and passive exercise space for Yoga, Meditation, Tai Chi and more.
Albert Island provides our Community precinct with all important outdoor space to compliment the Green Patch (Chook Pen and Veggie Gardens) at the rear of the complex.
